President
Don is the founder of TABS and has over 35 years of experience in the medical billing industry. To ensure the best payments, Don offers TABS’ clients – practice management analysis, revenue growth, and billing best practices.

Patient Accounts
Mark ensures that patient accounts are accurate. His areas of expertise include data analysis, EOB posting, ERA, and EFT. Mark works hard to make sure TABS clients are paid correctly and have the latest office statistics at all times.

Marketing Director
Mark works with TABS’ clients to help market their practices. Focusing his efforts on increasing clients’ revenues and statistics, he helps your office achieve growth of services and new patients.

Business Development
Linda is involved in most every area at TABS working to improve the day to day process. She is also responsible to oversee new clinics as they transition to the TABS team.

Human Resources
Cindy works as a support person to our TABS employees overseeing employee benefits, policies, compensation; and communicating with and resolving queries from employees. In addition, she oversees numerous TABS clients in the areas of workers’ comp and PI.

Billing Manager
Sandra oversees insurance billing at TABS. Her understanding of code requirements ensures that claims are submitted correctly, either electronically or on paper. In addition, she works as a liaison between TABS’ clients and our collection agency to reduce outstanding patient debt.

Client Onboarding Manager
Tracey supports our new clients by setting up insurance portals and log-ins for our callers. Her areas of expertise include Insurance follow-up, rejections, denials, payments for clinic, and data entry.

Billing Coding Specialist
Donna excels in the areas of CPT coding, modifiers and diagnoses, which makes her a strong support to the TABS team. In addition, she handles all of the Medicaid billing for our Wisconsin offices.

AR Management
Mischell is the lead caller at TABS working as a liaison between our clients and the insurance companies. She focuses on minimizing denials, making sure that payments are accurate and timely, and A/R follow-up on older claims.

Patient / Account Billing
Amy works directly with your office each month generating patient statements which will help reduce your costs and save time by billing your patient’s quickly and efficiently. She works as a liason between TABS’ clients and our collection agency to reduce outstanding patient debt. In addition, she is responsible for entering patient and account data along with reviewing for errors.
